These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you and SILLEBLAA I/S when you place orders on silleblaa.com. They are regulated by Danish law, and any disputes will be resolved in Danish courts. By submitting an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing these terms prior to making a purchase.

Price & Payment

SILLEBLAA I/S utilizes Stripe for payment processing, accepting various cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Cartes Bancaires, Discover, Visa Electron, iDeal, and AliPay. Your payment will be charged when the item is shipped. Upon completion of your order, a receipt will be emailed to you. Stripe imposes fees for card transactions, which SILLEBLAA I/S absorbs on your behalf.
All prices are listed in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT and applicable Danish taxes. If you are outside the EU, you may incur local taxes and duties, which are not covered in our prices and are your responsibility. If your card operates in a currency other than DKK, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the processing date. SILLEBLAA I/S is not responsible for any payment delays caused by your card issuer.
By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to perform additional security verifications if needed to validate your order.

Delivery Time

SILLEBLAA I/S typically prepares items for shipping within 1-3 business days, except during holidays and sales periods. During these times, handling may take up to 10 business days. For specific shipping times, please review the shipping options during the checkout process. SILLEBLAA I/S is not liable for delays caused by our shipping partners.

Shipping and Handling Costs

We offer shipping to most countries. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout once your delivery address is entered. Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs fees upon arrival. These charges are not covered by SILLEBLAA I/S and are your responsibility. Kindly consult your local customs office for further details.
 

Right of Return

You have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase from the day you receive the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. You may try on items, but if SILLEBLAA I/S deems the item has been used, it cannot be returned. An item is considered used if it has been worn more than what is customary when trying on jewellery in a store.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and SILLEBLAA I/S does not cover them. Processing of return packages may take up to 14 business days. Items purchased online can be returned to the following address:

Right of Complaint

SILLEBLAA I/S offers a two-year warranty in compliance with Danish law for significant manufacturing and material defects discovered during normal product use. This warranty does not cover faults, damages, or wear resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Complaints regarding defects that should be apparent upon normal inspection must be reported to info@silleblaa.com within 14 days of purchase. After reporting, the item may be returned for repair, replacement, or as agreed. For valid warranty claims, SILLEBLAA I/S will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Processing a complaint may take up to 14 business days. Once your complaint is approved, please send the item along with your order confirmation to:

Refund

Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item, but processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds will be issued to your bank or card account. The refund will be credited to the same account used for the original purchase.
Registration of Personal Information
Information collected on silleblaa.com will not be transferred, sold, or disclosed to third parties. All personal data is accessible only to authorized employees of SILLEBLAA I/S.

For security purposes, we do not store any credit card information during electronic transactions. Financial details are securely transmitted to Stripe during payment processing. This occurs under maximum security protocols via encrypted SSL connections, in accordance with Stripe's regulations. Stripe manages the transaction, ensuring compliance with all applicable security standards.

During the purchase process, required delivery and contact details are collected. This data is used solely to fulfill your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically, unencrypted, and retained for five years. While this information is generally unused, it may be utilized in police investigations; all fraudulent orders are reported to authorities.

In compliance with the Personal Data Act, you may request details about the personal information SILLEBLAA I/S has registered about you. Upon request, and based on any objections, we will delete your personal information to the extent desired.

Social Media

We reserve the right to remove spam, spam accounts, and undesirable comments on our channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok. We may also delete posts that we no longer wish to display on our accounts.
By engaging with our social media or sharing content featuring our products, you grant SILLEBLAA I/S permission to use this content for promotional purposes on our channels, providing proper credit to you. You relinquish any right to seek compensation for the use of this content.

Force Majeure

SILLEBLAA I/S is not liable for delays or failure to meet obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.

Limitation of Liability

All orders are subject to price changes, tax adjustments, currency fluctuations, out-of-stock and discontinued items, as well as typographical errors. SILLEBLAA I/S products are designed solely for decorative purposes and should not be used otherwise. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries arising from misuse of our products. For instance, our jewelry is not intended to be used as toys, tools, or functional accessories beyond decoration.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SILLEBLAA I/S shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

We recommend that all products be worn and stored following our safety guidelines. Our products are intended for adult use and should be kept away from young children. Because of the natural variability of these materials, slight differences in color, shape, or size may occur compared to product images. These variations are not defects but contribute to the uniqueness of each item. SILLEBLAA I/S is not responsible for variations in materials used in our products.

Made-to-Order, Custom, and Personalized Orders

Made-to-order, custom, or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon receipt. Please carefully review these orders before submission, as changes cannot be made after the order is placed. SILLEBLAA I/S is not responsible for errors in made-to-order, custom, or personalized items resulting from your specifications.
